Fund Raising for RISER !

Raise more money for a better farewell party for our Sec 4/5 graduating seniors. Every single person in Riser please think of 3 or more ideas for fund raising.

For fund raising, it must not be only buy things and sell more expensive. You could also do some artwork/handcraft to sell or take some of your unwanted soft toys(but must still can use, do not take dirty or dusty ones) from home and sell.

ALL OF YOU MUST BE INVOLVED IN THIS FUND RAISING PROGRAMME! It is compulsory and will be awarded with CCA points. For those who haven't submit your $10 contribution, please do so as fast as possible as we will be having our Riser Clan's fund raising soon, as well as, Farewell Party.

Give ideas or suggestions(at least 3) to me by this coming Monday, 18/08/2008. You can sms me or write properly in a piece of paper and give it to me. DO NOT come together and all write the same ideas.

For all Riser white belts who are going for this grading on 6th of April, please bring along a passport size photograph of yourself(as recent taken as possible) and MUST attend this Friday's training as it is compulsory and we will be saying about grading like we meet together what time and where then go together. Bowen Taekwondo Club annual CIP Programme will be held on the last day or weekend of Term 1 i.e 7 or 8 march 08. 2007 TKD CIP Programme was held at East Coast park 10 march 07 doing beach cleaning (photo of the month). But this time round, all of you get to have a say of where you want to do community-involvement-project! Next TKD training Lesson please write down your choice location for CIP. e.g. collecting newspaper HDB flats, caring for disabled at school of deaf, old folks home, zoo, Bird park, sentosa etc. you name it and if it is CIP-related, you will get to do volunteer work there.

Reminder for clan members who ordered Gi and belt. Pls approach Mr Dave Ng anytime next week 18/02/08 onwards to pay for the items. Please pass us the money to either Kian Hao or me.

Last Friday(15/2/08), many clan members did not sign in for attendance. Please come to us to sign your name if you attended last friday training. We have already done the head count but lack your signature.

Riser welcome you to be our new clan members. You can check the notice board or clan blog regulary for updates.

Sec 1-3 members must bring S$10/- each for end of year party capital fund. Sec 4-5 members need to pay S$5/- as they will stand down after April. Please bring the money next training lesson.

If you want to buy Gi/belt/guard, write down and submit to Mr Ng (Teacher in Charge). About the size, you can use fellow clan members size as reference and bear in mind that you might grow taller in 4 years time.
